Bilia Uddevalla BMW

Very serious and deeply concerning experience with Bilia BMU AB and their representative Albin A..nnFollowing a completed BMW 520d transaction, a clearly agreed refund remains unpaid. Despite multiple requests, no money has been returned and no verifiable proof of transfer has been provided.nnAt this point, this no longer looks like a simple delay. From a buyer’s perspective, this situation strongly resembles the unjustified retention of client funds.nnThe lack of accountability, transparency, and basic financial discipline is alarming. A company holding money that does not belong to them, without resolution or explanation, raises extremely serious concerns about how they conduct business.nnUnless this issue is resolved immediately, all documentation related to this case will be made public and transferred to legal representatives for further action.nnBased on this experience, I cannot recommend dealing with this company under any circumstances.

Helpful, communicative and very good service with my car purchase. They even allowed me to have a miniature BMW for my kid. Thank you Axel.

Helpful and friendly staff, I use the parts department only for random parts and they never fail.
