Went into Brandt bil Vänersborg spontaneously when I was actually thinking of buying a car from another company that I didn't know where to trust! Met your salesman Jacob who was super nice and listened to what I was looking for in a car! Ended up with me going back up 2 days later and buying my new car.nnYour staff is very nice and knowledgeable!

Unfortunately not satisfied. A water leak in the front on the passenger side that they tried to fix 3 times, but couldn't get it to seal. Changed the front glass window after a serious rockfall, the strip came loose at the front which was loose after the change. When traveling on the motorway also. A week later, the molding on the other side of the front came off. Very disappointed with the workshop I can say.

We were very satisfied with our car purchase at Brandt in Stenungsund. The salesman Mikael was great and seemed to care about happy customers. Pleasant treatment and very service minded. We will be happy to come back when it is time for a new car again
