Quite frankly, damn Meca in Kungälv - as a customer, we advise you to take your services elsewhere. We will definitely do that after what we experienced.nnThey present themselves as an incredibly unscrupulous company that orders lock parts that are obviously not needed. When we wanted to return part of the lock, they refused to receive/send it back. It was claimed that ordered goods cannot be returned. But the thing is, they SAID it was needed, which wasn't true. Yet they refuse to take responsibility and take back the unopened portion.nIt should also be said that they sent the item to us and added a ridiculous shipping cost that we were then required to pay - even though we had verbally agreed over the phone that we would pick up the item. I drove five miles unnecessarily when I was going to pick up the item that turned out to have already been sent.nAs if all this wasn't bad enough - they have subsequently sent an invoice for the item twice even though the item was paid for in cash!!!nThis is clearly a company we will NEVER use again. We are shocked, saddened, at the same time outraged by the bad customer treatment we received, and amazed by the company's incompetence where the left hand obviously does not know what the right hand is doing.nNEVER MORE MECA.
