Incredible service when our Volvo V90 broke down en route from the U.K. to Finland. We left it for 9 days in the capable hands of Patrick who repaired it and kept us informed. If this is how they treat their visiting customers, I can highly recommend them if you live in the area!

Wanted help with a simple matter with my newly purchased volvo. Staff at customer service tried to help us, were treated well but they couldn't. Was referred to a seller. We met a very, very rude salesperson who refused to help us. Sad to experience something like that.
First, it took 20 minutes via both the website and mobile phone to book an appointment at all. After that, SEK 1,900 was required to confirm that the fault was the same as I stated when the car was handed in. If I then wanted the error fixed, they would have another 5,000 kroner for half an hour's work and a spare part for 1,500-2,000. Would have saved time and money and not contacted them at all.nIt's a shame that Östra Skåne's car dealership is no longer there, this has really become worthless with new owners. Have 3 Hyundais that have always been left there but it will never happen again.
