I purchased a car online from them, I couldn't visit their store because its 6 hours away from my place and I din't want to travel as much.nThe sales person was very helpful, the car was in good condition maybe just 1-2 little scratchesnThey forgot to put rubber mats which were present in the car pictures, they sent me the money in my bank so I can purchase from a local dealer. Overall great service & handling of everything online.nThey even delivered the car to Stockholm on time, and free of cost maybe not true for all the carsnOverall very happy with the overall purchase.
Incredible service when our Volvo V90 broke down en route from the U.K. to Finland. We left it for 9 days in the capable hands of Patrick who repaired it and kept us informed. If this is how they treat their visiting customers, I can highly recommend them if you live in the area!

I don't really want to talk about the car itself, because I bought it basically new and was happy with the condition. The problem is instead how the seller handled the warranty.nWhen I asked before buying the XC40, I was told that the car had 1 year of new car warranty left, plus an additional 24 months of Volvo Select warranty after that. The seller assured me that this was the case because the car was almost a year old.nAfter the purchase, I saw on the papers that the warranty is actually only 23 months of Select warranty or 3000 km. So it doesn't match what was promised at all.nIt feels like they are trying to deceive customers when it comes to the warranty, so be careful and double-check everything in writing before you sign.
