Bought my first ever car, a Mercedes, from here and had an amazing experience! Lucas was super helpful, answering all my questions in detail even before I made the purchase. He's really nice and cooperative. Got a good price, and the 1-year warranty gave me peace of mind. At the time of purchase, Lucas was transparent and mentioned himself that brake pads need to be changed and they will do it before delivery. But what impressed me most was their aftersale support - he fixed minor issues promptly and told me to reach out anytime if I needed help. I never expected such nice service and support on a 8 years old used car.nHighly recommended!
AVOID going here at all costs. Quite possibly the worst and laziest customer service I’ve dealt with. We were forced to go her due to our car brand and there is ALWAYS trouble involving them needing to fix things again and taking no responsibility. The people need a real education in service and helpfulness!! Disgrace. Sköt er !
