In November last year, I went to this car dealer to see a car that was for sale. The car had a scratch on the right front door and because of this, I was not sure if I should buy the car. The seller promised to fix the scratch in their service for free if I would buy the car and I agreed. My visit to the dealership was on a Saturday and their service was closed so we agreed that the seller would contact me as soon as possible to decide the date when I should come and have the scratch repaired. Since then, 5 months have passed and nothing has happened. I contacted the seller by email, and by phone, I contacted the seller's boss, the seller again, and in the end, I even got another promise that this situation would be solved during the week that has just passed. Not surprisingly, no one contacted me and no one answers my phone anymore.

Nice people who put a lot of effort in trying to help me with a problem with my car during my holiday.
