Customer service has gotten worse.nThe lady who worked there before was always knowledgeable, pleasant and service oriented.nThat is no longer the case.
Called about a noise about 8.40, was asked to come as soon as possible. Got there at 1.30pm, got help right away! Got a loaner car straight away and wanted to kiss the man who helped me! What service and treatment
Not particularly impressed, however, the reception is always friendly.nLeft the car for service and new tires. Didn't get the tires I was quoted and a sensor check I asked them to do was not done. Will not be servicing here in the future or coming back for new tires.
