Unfortunately, they are cheated at service.nWhen you later find out about them, they don't take responsibility but blame themselves.nLuckily there are other workshops for servcice.nnEdit:nAfter speaking with your service marketing manager, who is one of the people who blames himself, you did not become more positive. After a conversation with your vice president, who still had a sound basic attitude, the matter was resolved. But will never recommend you to anyone.
