The food is good. I ordered a filet mignon, which was tender and flavorful. We had a problem with the server when ordering. Instead of informing us that the children's menu couldn't be ordered by an adult, they simply didn't say anything and didn't bring the food when it was served. When we mentioned that one meal was missing, the server said that adults couldn't order from the children's menu. From then on, a heated argument ensued, with the waitress blaming us and saying that if we wanted after everyone at the table had been served, we could order something else. The manager never apologized for the lack of information and miscommunication. Quite the contrary, she was extremely rude and pulled the waitress aside, saying they had other tables to serve. In short, it had everything to be a 5-star rating, but the rudeness, disrespect, and lack of apology deserve a lower rating. Consider this when choosing this place.
The food was exquisite! The wine is just yummy most of all, the staff are just incredibly friendly and suuuper nice nI loved it that much I went for dinner twice in a row.nThank you all !!!
Good food, nice dessert but very few beer variety but really good steaks, good place to go out for afterworks with colleagues, nice ambience and friendly staff, have English menus even though staff doesn't speak very fluent English but they are still hospitable you might find it awkward at times but hey nothing matters if the food is good, very close to the central station and other pubs like trivs and Harry's.
Excellent restaurant. The meat is served on your very own 420 degrees C lavastone, so you will fry the meat yourself to your own liking. Great experience! Very nice staff! Highly recommended!
Interior is nice, but the place was noisy. We sat close to the kitchen and was covered in beef smell. They used trollies to serve food, and the trollies hit our sofas several times.nnFriendly waitor. Some waiting time for food.nnThe sirloin steak was not too great not very marbled, but I'm not sure if it was due to the meat quality or me having it too long on the stone. The sides fries, side salad, truffle mayo and garlic butter were nice.
