Great experience at Church Street Saloon in Gävle! nnThe atmosphere is amazing — a true wild American saloon vibe that makes you feel like you’ve stepped into the Old West. The interior, decorations, and overall ambience really capture that cowboy-style charm.nnThe food portions are massive and very satisfying, perfect if you’re hungry. Everything we tried was well prepared and tasty.nnService was also excellent — friendly, attentive, and welcoming. On top of that, the classic American cowboy and country songs playing in the background made the whole experience even better.nnIf you enjoy a fun Western-style restaurant with great food, big portions, and a lively atmosphere, this place is definitely worth visiting!
Free peanuts the moment you get in! The staff is extremely nice and the place is one of a kind. The decor is quite amazing and makes you feel like you’re not actually in Sweden.nnNice drinks and vegan options although a big pricy for the actual quantity and quality of the food. That being said I would recommend just for the experience of it all.
Very specific place. Food is average, however, portions are huge. Prices are ok compared to the same type of restaurants in the area.nStaff is very helpful, talkative and very welcoming.
Very nice saloon decor complete with country music and cowgirl waitresses. The food was amazing and the portions huge. The Texas chilli alarm was really good and surprisingly well balanced, I never felt like I needed to take a break. The chicken breast and potatoes was just fantastic, the chicken melted in your mouth and the fries were perfect. Free peanuts while you wait for the food.nnBaby friendly with baby chairs and a changing room, and a fence outside to which you can tie your stroller.
