Good public building with café, swimmingpool, gym and large indoor arena

Bad floor unpleasant trainers in bridge and musty hall would rather not come back.
A sports hall with swimming hall, ball hall and gym with associated all-round necessities. Libraries are also located next to each other.
Rough, bouncy floor and cramped dressing room. Coffee and sausages in the stands are a plus.
