This is a nice place for recreational activities.... You will find icerink, multicourt, martial arts arena, different football fields with natural and synthetic lawn, running trail, outside gym, tennis court, volleyball court, frisbee golf and a cafeteria open quite a lot

Mariefred's sport's hall. During spring-fall time the activities are extensive since the outdoor sports are ongoing. During winter time those are vastly reduced. Although the facility is moderately big, the available room for indoor activities limit expanding. Yet, some very competitive handball and hockey players playing on highest leagues started here.

Here you can play disc golf around the clock.nOr why not take a run in the illuminated electric light track? An outdoor gym is also available. There are good slopes for interval training. There are also trails for mountain bikes if you know where to look. In the sports facility itself, there is an ice rink with public skating when it is in season. There is also a full-sized gymnasium for basketball/handball/indoor bandy. Upstairs, several martial arts are held. Teakwando and Brailian Jiu-jitsu. There is a café but it is not always open. Large lawns are available with both grass and artificial grass. Rental/loan of sports accessories is available via the PIFFL app.
