Difficult to reach, dreary reception and lack of customer service, second time my appointment is canceled less than 24 hours before booked appointment. Now I am changing to another more stable dentist

Been a patient for many years and spent large sums of money, onnmy teeth with the previous owner of the clinic .. As always I had good treatment by a good and experienced dentist .. Now a new owner who has new rules and arrangements .. One of these is that you as a patient must pay in advance before but even have received the first treatment/new crown ..Pointed out this and got the answer that you indirectly do not trust your patients for major procedures ..And therefore want an advance . I pointed out that I pay after treatment, but it was received with a sour face and some argumentation..nLeft the clinic with a negative feeling .. Seemed like they put a lot of energy into getting payments than the patient .. Sad !

I am so super satisfied. They are super nice, always receive one. Explains well to one if one is unsure. If you urgently need an appointment with them, they will arrange it. In my opinion, you cannot find a better dental clinic

I think it was difficult to reach someone here, you have to email or if you have a real fear of dental care, you give up if you don't get in touch directly
