Have had a fear of dentists/afraid of syringes for many years and chose to tell it. Unfortunately I had 2 holes that needed to be fixed, as well as one repair that needed to be improved. I was able to come in earlier on a cancellation appointment and received such an incredibly nice treatment, I have never seen an anesthetic syringe inserted so nicely and nicely, to be honest I almost didn't believe it was inserted, but the whole job was done without haste or pain, so obviously the anesthetic was exactly where it was supposed to be. They explained all the way what happened which put me at ease, they were careful and efficient. Very satisfied and there is no doubt where I will go back next time.

For several years they have failed to book appointments so that my daughter got braces before she passed the age for free dental care. Appointments have been canceled due to illness, no appointments could be booked despite contact. When a new appointment was given, it was also canceled as late as the same day when my daughter had already stayed home from high school. Do not book in here.

Always nice and good treatment! Fast and good service and looking out for the best of their patients! Satisfied after my visit today.

Bad experience, my 9 year old daughter has outgrown her mouth guard. We first came to visit on 25/10-23. They have adjusted the mouthguard and asked her to test it for 2 weeks and come back if it turns out it doesn't fit so we can order a new one. My daughter already refused to sleep in it the first night because it felt very loose and she could very easily remove it with her tongue. She felt insecure and afraid that it would fall and she would swallow it during the night. Want to mention that before she grew out of it she had no problem using it at all, it fit very well. We made 2 extra visits after the 25/10 because I thought we would order a new mouthguard that was promised to us before, but that was not the case. On 7/11 we were sent home because we did not have the mouth guard with us and were told to come on 9/11 this time for further adjustment of the mouth guard although nothing of the sort was done instead for half an hour Dr. Linnea Borglin used all her power to persuade my daughter that she will use the mouth guard because it still fits well and she will not order a new one because my daughter is growing. The dentist didn't really listen to what my daughter was saying, her experience didn't matter to her. Also, no compassion – my daughter has tears in her eyes and is super sad but the doctor just continues with his counterarguments and pressures. The dentist called a colleague over, who didn't check if the mouthguard fit, but just said that children who still have some baby teeth left don't need to use mouthguards at all, so if she refuses to use it, it doesn't matter. When I asked her how then, she wears the new teeth because she grinds so much, she gets a headache, and wakes up from it - she had no further argument. I have never experienced anything like that in this clinic but now I became very upset and lost confidence.
