Bryggan Café & Bistro

We recently visited Bryggan Café & Bistro in Jönköping, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The view of the lake is absolutely scenic, creating a calm and relaxing atmosphere — perfect for a coffee break.nnThe latte was rich and satisfying, and the cappuccino was equally smooth and well-balanced — both were exactly what we needed while soaking in the peaceful surroundings.nnService is fast and efficient, though it’s self-service, so we wouldn’t really rate that part. Still, everything was handled smoothly.nnThe overall atmosphere is fantastic — a great place to sit and relax.nnWe’d definitely recommend Bryggan Café & Bistro — a solid 5 out of 5 for the view, the drinks, and the overall experience!

I love this local non wait service place. It has beautiful views of Munksjon river with indoor and outdoor seating. It’s romantic and the food is so lovely. They only use paper straws, the utensils are minimalist and lightweight, and pretty. The scrambled eggs w avocado and tomato and toast was perfect. The The tomato was bursting with flavor, the scrambled eggs were fluffy and tasty, even if it was a little bit salty $7 ish in USD The avocado toast $7 ish in USD was fresh, and they topped it with some sprinkles of black and white sesame seeds. The avocado toast was really good as well and fresh. The staff was very sweet and friendly and spoke English perfectly. They had an art piece that looked like NYC so i felt a piece of home in Jonkoping, Sweden. Free WiFi also.

The cafe's ambience and atmosphere are truly remarkable. Situated next to the lake, the reflection of lights and buildings in the water creates a mesmerizing scene. It's a fantastic spot for a Fika, offering a tranquil and picturesque setting to enjoy your coffee and pastries.

Very nice ambient with a very nice view, good food and Coffee. The sizes are sometimes a little decent, didn’t make a lot of experiences on the staff yet. The price is really good for the location. During lunch time the coffee is even for free with the menu which is really nice.

First-class prawn salad here with a great quiet Sunday view over the water. Staff were good and spoke English. Help yourself to hit water for tea meaning refills! and plenty drinking water available for free, too, which is a bonus in expensive Sweden. Latte was a good size and temperature but possibly needed an extra shot for the bigger glass. All round, it was very satisfying. Thanks
