The staff refused to heat up a small amount of cows milk for my young daughter’s bottle. I understand that there are heath regulations but this was an unopened milk container that I had just purchased. So I asked if we could have some of their milk warmed up instead but they still said no.nnThis is simply not good enough, it was for a 1 year old child. We are glad we only stayed her a short time.

We hired a conference room for 3 days to do a training. We had a good price and everything was very well organized. The conference room was great. The fika’s and lunches were perfect.nThank you very much and keep up the good work!

Don’t book a hotel room for summer weekends, if You want to sleep or stay in the room before midnight. There is loud music at the terrace just outside rooms. They did not let us cancel our stay when we arrived and noticed the situation, eventhough we had booked directly at the hotel. A guy at the reception also said he hates speaking English.

When I arrived in Sweden, I called the hotel and they immediately rectified the situation illustrated below. Quaint, but very nice. The staff was also very kind and helpful...I have a booking for a 3-night stay starting 11/30/2017. It’s 11/29/2017, I’m at the airport getting ready to board for Sweden and I received a cancellation email from the hotel with no explanation. Tried calling several times, but nobody answered answering machine. Given that I’ve traveled quite a bit over the years, this is unprecedented in my personal experience. Not to be expected if a professional organization.

I ordered One Pot Scampi pasta from the à la carte menu. It is basically pasta served with shrimps. They have two options for the portion and the small one is enough if you are not too hungry. It was really delicious and perfect for a budget meal. The personel were very friendly, they even treated me with coffee and a proper chocolate mousse with raspberry sauce after the meal by the lake. The view and the environment was very calming with some quality music in the background. Definitely would visit again.
