I ordered two Knockout burgers, and the first bite genuinely stopped me mid-sentence. The meat was on another level. Deeply beefy, perfectly seasoned, and cooked with that ideal crust that delivers huge flavour without drying anything out. This was not just a good burger. It was one of those rare moments where you instantly know you are eating something done properly.nnThe setup itself is simple. A kiosk-style van in the middle of a parking lot, no frills, no pretence, just full focus on the food. The guy working there, a friendly Skåning, was welcoming and easy to talk to, which immediately set the tone.nnWhen I was told the preparation time would be around 40 minutes, I will admit I hesitated. But I called ahead, was told to come by 14:20, and it worked perfectly. We arrived, barely waited, and everything was ready exactly as promised. Clear communication like that matters, especially when it is busy.nnThe burgers were generous without being messy, packed with flavour, and held together beautifully from first bite to last. There is a lot of talk about smash burgers and where the best ones are, but this genuinely reset my benchmark. It is the kind of food that makes you stop talking and just enjoy.nnPlaces like Burger Syndicate do not rely on atmosphere or hype. They let the food speak. And in doing so, they genuinely put Skurup on the map. Absolutely worth planning around, and absolutely worth the wait if there ever is one.

Very tasty burgers, Its the best place to have a burger for lunch or evening meal. Very kind people that work there. Order from phone because wait times might be long but when i have driven there they have given me a time that fits good. Best burgers ever. I always order with the vegan pattie and it's phenomenal. Very nice guys doing a great job with exciting specials every other week. Please make la Brûle a regular, same with the one with fig marmelade! Oh lalala. Order over the phone as it can be very busy at lunchtime.

We went to Skurup just to try these burgers, and we were not disappointed. So satisfied we were with the burgers truffle, barn, chili and original and fries, we did not need dinner! Chili had some bite and everything was prepared with care and fresh ingredients. We tried all the sauces, and loved the Bearnaise and garlic. They were perfect!

Tried out the original, Chili and the Vegan version of the chili burger. Everyone agreed that it was a great burger for a great price. 125kr for a burger, fries, dip and a drink - and the portions were generous!nnWe will definitely be returning, and it's fun to see that you can get great food in a smaller place like Skurup.
