McDonald's Löddeköpinge

Definitely the worst McDonakd I visited. Quiet evening but staff - 2 ladies - spent more time talking than helping customers. Believe there was some family members to one of them in the restaurant as well, and she spent time just talking and talking.nnWorst of all - ordered gluten free meal, which they missed as well. Luckily I did not eat the burger.nnSo all in all really bad experiencenn17-02-2026 17.45 CET

I ordered two burgers with fries and cold beverages for takeaway. I got no receipt and had to wait 25 minutes for the food. When I got home, the takeaway bag contained chicken nuckets instead of burgers. Without a receipt I can't give any feedback. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time that the takeaway bag has totally wrong contents.nnNote to self: don't visit this place again unless you want an unpleasant surprise.

Friendly staff. Nice, clean, large and McDonalds. Ordering would have been easy on one of their many self serve kiosks. Ordered to table through app though. Food was delivered fairly fast and tasted fine. However there were no ice in the soft drink and no napkins delivered with the food.

McFlurry was as it should be. Cold. But same was the rest. Cold burger. Cold fries. Cold atmosphere. Dirty tables. Trash and food all over the floor. A spilled Fanta on the floor in the middle of the restaurant. Found only one table that was okay to sit at. Decided not to visit the toilet. Waited 23 minutes from order to food was ready. Waitress ran through the restaurant with an order. So sad to see the staff so stressed.

Came here twice when we stayed in the area for a few days. It's a really well-maintained McD with some tables outside in case you arrive with a dog - like us with some parking lot views.nnStaff was friendly and our food arrived pretty fast. Prices fair and there's also free WiFi. Burger quality was good, meat was tasty. Fries were still hot and crispy.nnAll in all a solid McD, perfect after or before you do your shopping at this here mall.
