Please, stop what you are doing, come here, & order the Tiramisu pastry. This was the best pastry that I have EVER tasted. Hands down, bar none, this was the best.nnWent to the other location our first weekend in Stockholm, on a whim. Ordered coffees, with the rueben, chia pudding bowl, & the pastry. Nothing disappointed.nnEverything was so good we had to return our second weekend in Stockholm to get another sweet treat. Outstanding!
Oh my dear Pascal...where should I start from? I have been living for three wonderful years in the lovely Stockholm. For some people, getting to know where the closest supermarket is, the best school for their children or the local emergency numbers, are settling priorities. For me they are too, but I have some mental disorder which places specialty coffee places in top of that list.nThat is how I got to Pascal first. I needed to build my specialty coffee safety network here and then this place became prominent in the city map. I think I will never forget the jaw dropping feeling that very first time I faced the tempting pastries showcase. While recovering from that, I continued only to get shocked by the range of coffees in the menu. I have always loved that concept of house blend + guest roaster/special own roasted coffee available for espresso.nnAlong these years, I have been lucky enough to get coffees served here from many different Baristas. For me, they are superstars; each one with their personal style, all of them brewing nothing but vibrant cups. In the sweet or savoury ends of the spectrum, I have tried only exceptional options. From the exciting seasonal viennesse pastries to the decadent iconic egg - ham croissant could you please export this one worldwide?.nThe service is always as busy as it can get here, but never saving in smiles and kindness to their customers. I had some special request along the way, and always felt welcomed and accommodated as well as possible.nVisiting in bright summer mornings, cold harsh evenings, celebrating moments or exhausting weekdays, I have always came out with a warm feeling.nTherefore, more than a review, this is just a huge thank you for your daily work. Two things are out of the discussion for me: I will keep always Pascal as my comparative reference to rate coffee shops worldwide, and I will stop here first whenever I can enjoy Stockholm again.
There are freshly roasted single origin coffee beans of Arabic a variety from different regions. I tried v60 pour over coffee but one can also find cookies and fika options at this place. The atmosphere is calm and cozy but unfortunately it is hard to find a seat.
Nice food, space and atmosphere. It can get very packed on Sunday though. I really like hojicha latte. It is strong and the taste of hojicha wasn’t taken over by milk.
I came here for my first ever fika in Stockholm and wow it did not disappoint! The cinnamon bun was amazing, I’ve never tasted anything so delicious. The food here looked amazing, I really regret not getting a meal here. I was also really happy to see a flat white on the menu, it can be difficult to find them outside of the UK!
