had a double espresso with one of the two available beans and went for the Geisha, which was more on the fruity side. The espresso was well extracted, round, and nicely bodied. The aftertaste was a bit unusual but still enjoyable overall.nThe staff was friendly and motivated, though since the café was extremely crowded, the interaction felt brief and not very personal.nThe café itself blended a modern style with the historic feel of the building, and it worked well. There was a good mix of seating options for couples and even larger groups of up to ten people. However, it was super crowded on a Sunday morning, so finding a seat was nearly impossible.nEverything was clean and well kept.nI had a saffron bun, which was a bit on the sweet side but paired nicely with the coffee.nI didn’t notice any Wi-Fi or power outlets.
Very nice atmosphere with delicious food and coffee. Pistachio bun disappointed me a bit because I thought that there was also filling in the pastry but there wasn’t, however it was still very delicious. Matcha was also not my favourite but I loved the rest, I would definitely recommend
No trip to Stockholm is complete without Fika, so we queued up at Café Pascal even before 10 am, it’s busy!.nnThere was so much deliciousness on offer, we couldn’t help ourselves. Our final selection included Pistachio danish, an apple pastry and ham and egg croissant. The apple one nailed it but the others were superb!
Café Pascal is such an amazing spot! The atmosphere inside is super cozy and inviting — the perfect place to enjoy a good coffee and some pastries. It can get a bit crowded at times which just shows how popular it is!, but it’s absolutely worth it.nnThe pastries are incredible — the pistachio croissant is an absolute must-try! Everything feels fresh and made with care. Definitely one of my favorite cafés in town.
Best of the best spot for a snack or especially for breakfast !nnThe pastries are simply outstanding. If you get the chance to try the vanilla roll, go for it but it sells out quickly ! The cinnamon one is also delicious, and the pistachio too. The coffees are great, and there’s bread and butter as well as different kinds of milk in self-service, which is a really nice touch.nnOn the salty side, 10/10 for the avocado & egg toast really well executed and fuuuull of flavor. The little egg sandwich isn’t the one to go for, nothing special there.nMatcha is good too !nnSeats fill up quickly unfortunately since the place is popular, but the service is super friendly and above all efficient !!
