Café Valvet

Love it!! Very hospitable! We walked in the moment it opened. Classy decor. I liked they kept the wall made out of security boxes as it was a bank at one time. We wanted brunch and they accommodated us an hour early. Music was playing and it perfect….wasn’t to loud. Coffee was delicious! Orange juice was a delight! Like a pineapple orange juice. Food presentation is beautiful. Everything tasted delicious! This family own business is a place i recommend visiting and supporting!

This is my first time in sigtuna trying out this cafe. I must say this was the best burger hands down I have tried in Sweden itself. And The carrot cake with cappuccino was perfect way to end our lunch. I’m truly amazed with the food and service they have served.

We stopped here for dinner. Athmosphere, music was really nice. As soon as we sit our server Andreas welcomed us very friendly. He knows what he serves, and we really satisfied with his company. All the food we ordered was great but İ have to mention about their shrimp, which was our favorite and we went for it for the second time : İ recommend this place indeed and do not forget to order shrimp. Thanks to Andreas again

Very cute Swedish town that’s ideal for a day trip for those visiting from Stockholm or abroad. We had a pleasant lunch here on the outdoor patio which had ample seating as well as inside. We placed and paid for our orders inside and the servers brought our hamburger, halloumi burger and croque monsieur all came with fries to us, to enjoy as we people watched.

We ordered the steak and fish. The steak was overcooked, hence the 4 star review. If I am paying 310kr for a steak, I expect it to be cooked properly. The fish was good and it was a calm atmosphere. Took 15-20 minutes to be fed. I would go back!
