Max Burgers

Truly awful. Expect to wait 15 mins and feel like they forgot your order. Fries were blazing hot, which was great. But the burger seemed to just not be cooked? It was cold and the cheese wasn't even melted. This seems like a known problem as there exists a free to use microwave just above the soda dispenser.nnIt's only true redeeming quality is that it's a burger shop inside a international airport. But even I would hesitate to go here again.

The outlet was busy, had to queue for 45 minutes to even order food here, no touchscreen order points are available here. Many people gave up and left the queue. I felt sorry for the staff, they seemed overwhelmed by the amount of people and there didn't seem enough staff to cope. Once ordered food took around 10 minutes to arrive. Burgers were very tasty and well cooked, fries warm and tasty. Food was good but waiting time felt too long for a fast food outlet.nnUpdate. Revisited 22 July 23. Queue was better only 25 minute wait. Took around 10 minutes for order to be ready. Eating areas looked clean. Burger was well cooked and very tasty, fries were very poor and were very hard. Still no touchscreen order points. Although still good value for money.

Great burgers! Seriously! Don't even bother comparing them to their American competition. The lines here are long, but you get a puck that vibrates when your order is done. Their eating area is small and always full, but just go further into the terminal and you'll find a bunch of tables with charging spots.

Food was nice and did not have to wait for very long. The customer service was rude and I did not feel welcome. Therefore three stars. If the service was less hostile, the review could have been better. Efficient does not need to mean rude. Lastly, I received a strawberry milkshake instead of the chocolate shake I orederd. So do not recommend >:

Food was poor. Hamburger and 6 nuggets and fries. Hamburger about an hour old. 6 nuggets ok. Fries cold and barely edible.nAtmosphere can't score highly as it's an airport, but place wasn't busy.nGo somewhere else.
