I had the salad wrap burger and it was much better than in n out protein style. There was so much lettuce that I felt like I was eating a salad.
Cheapest place to eat in the airport, good burger and fries plus gluten free buns which few places offer where I’m from . Hesburger does. This guy should be called max , I’ve never seen a fast food server working flat out be so polite and enthusiastic. Hope he’s paid well and give him his own commercial.
The outlet was busy, had to queue for 45 minutes to even order food here, no touchscreen order points are available here. Many people gave up and left the queue. I felt sorry for the staff, they seemed overwhelmed by the amount of people and there didn't seem enough staff to cope. Once ordered food took around 10 minutes to arrive. Burgers were very tasty and well cooked, fries warm and tasty. Food was good but waiting time felt too long for a fast food outlet.nnUpdate. Revisited 22 July 23. Queue was better only 25 minute wait. Took around 10 minutes for order to be ready. Eating areas looked clean. Burger was well cooked and very tasty, fries were very poor and were very hard. Still no touchscreen order points. Although still good value for money.
This place is a perfect lounch or dinner before your flight.
Went to two other restaurants in the city and loved the food! BUT this location at the airport is just an insult to the brand, customer experience and satisfaction l.nClearly, process optimization has never been talked about for this location!nWhy queue when you could have self order machines? Especially since some of the staff didn’t understand English. The seating possibilities are horrible! Could have made so much better use of all the space. And I don’t want to even start about hygiene! Those tables were disgusting! The food came cold, order was wrong etc.
