A bit difficult to get an appointment, but this is standard in healthcare today. The doctor took his time and listened and then did a proper examination and took all the samples and readings. I also took the opportunity to ask for a referral to Gastro, even though my visit was about something completely different and got a referral without any problems. Got renewed prescriptions from my old health center without any problems. The nurse who took my blood samples was nice and professional in her treatment, I'm difficult to prick and have had bad experience with nurses who don't listen to where it's good to stick or that they use too big needles. But here he communicated with me in a good way and after trying a couple of times. So he asked a colleague instead and this one succeeded on the first try. I've seen nurses who don't give in and treat you like a pincushion. Overall, I would say it's not perfect, I'm happy.

Catastrophically bad health center. Have sought care on several different occasions with my daughter and not a single time has she been able to receive her. They refer to 1177 and 1177 refers to VC. They think someone should look at her and make a judgment but they never have time to receive her. Look elsewhere!

Best health center. I am treated incredibly well by nurses and doctors. If I called on a Friday but declined an emergency visit, the nurse called me back Monday morning. I have never experienced this before.

The most arrogant and unhelpful ssk on the phone I have ever spoken to!! Calls 1.5 hours after my booked appointment and is in such a hurry during the call. Less than 2 minutes into the call, she says she doesn't have time to listen to me because she has a lot of calls to make. She makes an assessment of what I describe over the phone based on her own imagination. Such a rude tone and ignorant.nnTotally worthless!!!
