Gets a little sad when after a call you can read things on 1177 that have not been discussed or that what you are looking for will be covered if there is time at the doctor's visit.

have had a sore throat for over two months. call and the operator is very rude and says I can't see a doctor. I have to get pissed off at her and explain that I paid taxes and that we have a welfare system in Sweden and I have the right to see a doctor at a county council-affiliated health center. she calls later in the day and gives me a doctor's appointment a week and a half later and tells me to take allergy pills in the meantime what the heck!? it's fall/winter and allergies cause a runny nose, not a sore throat!. I call after a few days when many in the family have fallen ill and say that they should be ready with sampling/cultivation, etc. because it's now crap living in my body - that's what they're prepared for and they always do, answers the new operator I get to speak to. well there the doctor refuses to take any samples. she looks down my throat and tells me to be quiet for a week. a week later I still have a sore throat and sick family members it's not the indoor environment, we live in vastly different places but have been infecting each other back and forth. a privately owned, for-profit medical center that only cares about the shareholders' return. it didn't turn out so well when all the welfare was sold off. would not recommend this medical center to anyone but my worst enemy. very nice new interior, the money has been put on surface instead of competence. will go elsewhere next time. big thumbs down. two thumbs down. two thumbs and all toes point straight down to hell. shut the crap up and open a medical center that doesn't exist for the shareholders' greed. thanks.

Best health center! All the staff are fantastic. We always get good help, they treat children so well and we always get quick help!

Here they really do EVERYTHING to avoid having to deal with patients, and if you do end up meeting any staff, you are questioned and blamed and go home feeling even worse than before you went there.nnIt seems the doctors have to pay for testing out of their own pockets because they are so extremely reluctant to take tests.nnThis health center has gone from lousy to a disaster in five years

Worst medical center, don't go there if you need a doctor. There, pain and fatigue are considered natural and something to learn to live with.nThey also do not want to take samples, but refer to samples taken many years before.nVery unsympathetic and more likely to discuss their own ailments.
