Pilgårdens vårdcentral

I have had good experiences with Pilgården's health centre. The staff is pleasant and has a friendly and helpful attitude. The doctors have changed over the years. They have done what they could to help me. I have lived in Degerfors for 31 years. When I moved across the border to the Värmland region in 2006, I kept Pilgården as my health centre. I have not regretted that. It is much more difficult to get time and help in the Värmland region.

My mother and I visited Degerfors Health Center today to seek medical attention for her health condition. Unfortunately, our experience was very negative due to Dr. Bashar's attitude. He was rude and condescending, used abusive language and showed a lack of empathy. It is unacceptable for a doctor to treat patients in this way. Despite this, the other staff on site were very kind and helpful. We are disappointed with our experience with Dr. Bashar and hope that the management takes steps to improve patient care.

Sjukt dåliga på att hjälpa... Jag har görsökt få läkare då känner att jag inte mår bra. Såver sjukt dåligt varje natt i lite mer än en vecka, får inge hjälp. Ont i lederna i mina fingrar, får ingen hjälp. Då jag måste vila på dagen ibland eftersom jag sover sjukt dåligt, så blir jag yr också och sedan får jag en ångest känsla i bröstet, men får ingen hjälp. Jag nämnde jag är orolig då jag får blåmärken på benen utan att jag vet varför, får fortfarande ingen hjälp ..

Today a nurse hung up on me, after I spoke to her manager, it was clear that they wanted me to change VC. When my partner later called to check what had happened, the same nurse gave out medical information about me over the phone. My partner could be anyone at 17!!! A lot of minus stars in my book. Absolutely not recommended!
