Pilgårdens vårdcentral

I have had good experiences with Pilgården's health centre. The staff is pleasant and has a friendly and helpful attitude. Doctors have changed over the years. They have done what they could to help me. I have lived in Degerfors for 31 years. When I moved across the border to the Värmla regionnnow in 2006, I kept Pilgården as a care center. I haven't regretted it. It is much more difficult to get time and help in the Värmland region.

I also don't have a good experience with the incompetent doctor in previous posts, I've broken a vertebra and a little more but he tells me that they don't prescribe anything but alvedon, I barely get out of bed and can't sleep because I have pain that radiates in my arms and legs to my feet and hands, so I've been walking around since it happened and he thinks I can continue like that... I'm going to shoot myself in the head soon because I've been fine for 4 months but I'll see now about counseling with nurse can help, hopefully the foreign doctor has been kicked to an animal clinic soon so you can get better help

My mother and I visited Degerfors health center today to get medical help with her health condition. Unfortunately our experience was very negative due to Dr. Bashar treatment. He was rude and condescending, used abusive language and showed a lack of empathy. It is unacceptable for a doctor to treat patients in this way. Despite this, the other staff on site were very kind and helpful. We are disappointed with our experience with Dr. Bashar and hope that management takes steps to improve patient care.

Very bad at helping... I've seen a few doctors then feel that I'm not feeling well. Sows really bad every night for a little more than a week, get some help. Pain in the joints in my fingers, getting no help.
