It's a health care Center. No trauma reception
Totally useless health center. Reported them to both the IVO and the patient committee. Refuses another doctor when the person you see is totally incompetent and refuses to listen. Everything you seek is linked to diagnoses you have already received. And I mean everything!!!! Search Karlstad instead. They will change VC. But it's insane that you have to change and travel 3-50 kilometers one way because they don't do their damn job. Now both me and the husband have received grotesque treatment. To the IVO they admitted the mistakes and that they took too long. Still, no change. Fantastic!!!!
Fresh inside. Unfortunately the restaurant doesn't seem to be working at all. A staff member told me that sometimes they are open and sometimes not - they do a little as they please. It's a shame that you can't eat or drink coffee.

I've requested my own referral to Karlstad Hospital and they say: contact your VC.nIn contact with VC via 1177, I'm wondering how healthcare works today when I get creams prescribed without them seeing me and then it turns out they don't work.nI get a message that I should contact VC counseling and end up on 1177 again!nIf I call VC, I'll wait again, call the next day.nDon't they want to help those who have problems?!nI'm just so fucking pissed off about how things are today!
