Capio Höllviken lost my very important health certificate that was supposed to go to Karolinska Huddinge. They denied losing it and even when faced with proof, they still denied it. But when I happen to run 10 min late for an appointnemt, they very happily inform me that my appointment was cancelled. The receptionists are not very helpful. It is not a healthcare center I would recommend.
Varit listad ”runt hörnet” i många år och varit mycket nöjd framtill nyligen då jag blev bemött på ett helt oacceptabelt och ovärdigt sätt.nListade om mig till Capio och har fått otroligt fint bemötande. Fick första tiden direkt efter helgerna. Läkaren tog mig på största allvar och jag känner mig så trygg.nProffsigt, respektfullt och otroligt bra. Absolut bästa vårdcentral jag någonsin gått till. Nu har vi listat om hela familjen.nRekommenderas varmt!
Impossible to get in touch with. Opening hours on Google Maps do not match reality. Their Capio Go says they do not offer the service, even though it has been done before. Moment 22. Switching to another healthcare provider.
Quickly rushed, quickly inadequately checked for problems. Info on standing and walking feet. The patient may be too old to be a priority!! A doctor's visit should be perceived as calm, safe and caring.
Didn't get help even though there was documentation from a specialist. The doctor wants to consult an endocrinologist, it's taking a while even though I call and ask if I can get medication, but they insist that there is no answer. Another healthcare provider goes in and reads the medical record and sees that there has been a response from the endocrinologist for a couple of months, that I should take medication. So incredibly bad and should be reported to the IVO but it's not too late yet
