Switched to Tranehälsan this spring, the best thing I've done for myself and my body. An absolutely fantastic reception from all the staff, happy and nice. Not to mention the doctor, who cares like a sore thumb.n10 out of 10 possible for doctor Gintare Jakstaite. You are met by a very nice and helpful receptionist, you are happy with such people. Are there no faults then, yes. Accessibility for the disabled needs to be improved.
We have just switched to Tranehälsan, and my son had his first visit with Anders Johansson, who works as a doctor. We are both incredibly satisfied so far. We were met with a sharp and intelligent look.nnHe listened to the entire complex symptom picture. Wanted to hear about the symptoms, and told us how he thought they fit into a possible diagnosis. He did some tests and clearly told us what conclusions he drew from them. He prescribed certain things, pointed out a possible way forward, believed us, and did his best to help us.nnHe simply seemed very skilled at his profession.nnAfter having met with a number of other doctors recently after my son became seriously but hopefully temporarily ill, it was with great surprise and relief that we left Tranehälsan's clinic.nnBecause we have been met with distrust several times when visiting other healthcare facilities, even when they were going to take my son's pulse, and correct resting pulse was crucial for the test to be performed, two different nurses distrusted us when we told them that he had not yet reached his resting pulse, he has an unusually low resting pulse, they said that the pulse was normal and did the test anyway, with the wrong resting pulse for my son. Then a doctor drew incorrect conclusions, and got on the wrong track.nnIt is simply very difficult to get anywhere with an investigation, and treatment of a medical condition if the healthcare staff has difficulty believing in their patients, is uninterested in their symptoms, and the consequences in their everyday lives.nnAt Tranehälsan we were met with a completely different reception, the doctor was interested in the symptoms used them to understand what it could be / search for a diagnosis, believed us, wanted to help us move forward with the problems in everyday life. And was also obviously knowledgeable, and quick-thinking.nnWe thought it was well worth traveling a few miles to visit the clinic, highly recommended!
You always feel welcome at Tranehälsan. Nice and accommodating staff who put energy into arranging everything for the best.nTerese is the best doctor I have ever met, listens to what you say and explains the diagnosis and treatment in an understandable way.nI am very happy that I have such a good health center nearby.
Very friendly and professional service. Short waiting times, and the doctor really takes the time to listen. Very happy that I switched to Tranehälsan - highly recommended.
