I visited for the first time today, and the Dr was very thorough, professional and friendly, and he actually listened. It was the best VC experience in all my years of living in Stockholm.
My girlfriend was sick on vacation and all they could do is throw us out because she could be contagious. Gave us some instructions how to meet a doctor online but no help on medicine or whatsoever. Very unfriendly and not caring, I never felt so unwanted in a doctors place...
Very good Vardcentral, the doctor always has patient to explain what is happened, and try the best to help me if more testing is needed.

Åkermyntan Vårdcentral was one of the best. Now it is unfortunately the worst. I started a chat for my troubles. They don't have bookable appointments either in September or October and the appointments for November haven't arrived yet, I was referred to the emergency room, but my problems are not urgent, but I can't wait more than 2 months because it could actually be something serious . A few days later I called at 8 am to get an emergency appointment. At 8:45 there were no urgent appointments left. Called the next day, sharp at 8. There were no emergency appointments left that day either. Asked the nurse a little to try to understand how their health center is structured...nIn summary:nThey have no bookable times. They have no or a maximum of three emergency appointments/day. The health center has, according to the nurse, 3 doctors working..!!nnAbout 18,000 people live in Hässelby Villastad. Many are probably listed in Åkermyntan.nWhat does their business manager think? Because apparently they have more patients listed than they have doctors to see all those patients.
