My mother is there for short-term accommodation at the dept. 6 and is not demented. It really is a disaster. She presses the alarm and no one comes. It has happened that someone comes after 40 min. You hear people calling for help from different rooms.nI really hope that those in charge look after care, service and quality there. Advises to place relatives there. The needs of the elderly must be respected. Very poor care and service.
After 2 weeks of short-term accommodation, I would like to advise everyone against being admitted here or placing relatives here. 1 star is too much. Nursing is not on the schedule! If you are not 100% demented, it is a real pain to be here.
Been to Koppargården between 11 July-16 August 2019 and both me and my wife were super satisfied. Be on floor 6. When my wife needs relief, I wish there was an option to get there
