Went with mum to capio instead the next day and got help in a few minutes. Thank you for the nice treatment and quick help.

They have a strange custom!! When you request a prescription renewal regardless of which day you request it, it takes 5 working days for them to print a prescription!! A strange habit!! What they want is for you to contact incompetent capio go so they don't have to work more than necessary!! A thing that takes 5 minutes always takes them 5 working days to complete!! Very strange.

Totally worthless. Gets no help but always the same recommendation, Take an Ipren. 13 year old girl whose leg is so swollen that she can't walk but take an ipren and contact a chiropractor. Absolutely worthless!!!!

Have always liked capio..but this constant change of doctor is hopeless. If I want to have painkillers, I have to call every 4th day, which feels hopeless, with chronic sciatica and several herniated discs, it is no fun at all to be without painkillers and this eternal wait for a referral to blockade.nNow I'm shitting in both table and blockade.. can't keep pointing out that I'm in a lot of pain.
