Terrible service in Åstorp. Reported last summer that the inside yard gates are barely alive -nothing. Reported bumps on floor and noises when you step on - nothing, fixed myself. 2weeks ago reported rats in walls and above ceiling - nothing.

The worst apartments and costumer services are so bad they are rude and arrogant

Extremely low level of professionalism, don't be fooled by this landlord in Åstorp.nnThey started major-renovation of the apartment above with drills and other heavy tools before 8 in the morning, and this lasted for days when you got tinnitus with earplugs. When we asked Balder if we could at least find out what times they are going to renovate, they said they didn't know and didn't want to find out either. The final blow below the belt was when it opens up a restaurant below that plays music at extremely high volume levels constantly without this being communicated earlier by Balder to us. The noise level in the apartment was constantly over 50 decibels and we have video material recorded. However, Balder and the emergency services have done zero to help and do their job according to the land code. According to the restaurant, it was ok by Balder. We have canceled the apartment as the restaurant told us to do, but the stress and fear of permanent hearing damage is constant during the cancellation period.nnWe don't even feel treated as human beings and would like an ethics board to review the business thoroughly.

Without a doubt one of the worst housing companies on the market. Nonchalant, unfriendly and uninterested in the well being of their tenants. Don't put a penny on the apartment unless they have a knife to their throat. This does not apply to all the workers on the floor, but to those who hold the reins and decide. Reck not these even to my enemies. Worst ever!!!

Terribly poor and nonchalant service, treatment, EVERYTHING! Handing in a notice of termination as soon as we find a new apartment! Would never recommend anyone to rent anything from you!
