They decide over patients.....requested doctor's appointment but they were not interested in that.....it is very much this is what we do....are they there for the patients or are we there for them legitimate question??? ??

Bad treatment, rude staff, bad not helping me get an appointment with someone for my medical problems. A lot of dead time about questions regarding my medical problems via both email, chat function and on top of everything, then called me as they said. This is as good as a healthcare center can be in Sweden, according to my experience. Good reception. You get further help if needed. The staff do a very good objective job although they certainly have a lot to do. The guidance over the phone is also very good, friendly and knowledgeable nurses. It is safe to know that you e.g. can get stitched up for minor cuts and get a tetanus shot without traveling far. Thanks to the staff!
