I chose Carclass in Växjö because my insurance company had requested it. I received several SMS messages saying I was welcome to the station, and 10 minutes later the car was rescheduled via a new SMS. This happened several times and someone called. When they wanted to change the time for the fourth time this time they called, my patience ran out. This meant that the car, which was originally supposed to have a windshield replaced 3 weeks before the last inspection date, did not have time to be inspected on time, and was banned from driving. I will choose another supplier in the future who actually calls and reschedules the time the first time, so that I can explain the problem.

Carglas completely fails to inform on the website about what happens if the replacement is rejected. I had two new stone chips but one repaired which was said at the first meeting - repair the stone chips and then replace the window and then said nothing about the fact that the glass insurance with the insurance company does not apply when it was previously repaired further back in time.
