I brought BMW 116D 2016 from there last year.Car had 1 month warranty and within 3 weeks glow plugs didn’t work at all so I couldn’t start the car at all. Also inaug on the engine was leaking so it needed a replacement. Ofc. I called two times , and got and answer that I will be called back. It never happened. I almost forgot to add that I kindly asked them that they put the winter tires on the car, as I need to wait one week anyways so they prepare a car. That also didn’t happen when I came to pick up the car. Seller told me that I send them te bill when I change the tires so they will refund me. Imagine , that also didn’t happen, They igonred my email completely. If I could I would give them 0 star. Very bad experience and I will never comeback there again.

Happy with the way the staff Jens handled the transaction when buying a Mazda MX5 from Carlqvist.. an overall pleasant experience.. Update.. I bought a second car from Carlqvist Bil , very happy with this one too, a Volvo XC60, there was a couple of small issues with the car, Carlqvist Bil rectified these issues and let me use a courtesy car whilst they repaired the Volvo!

We were on our way back to Germany, when our car showed an engine failure and switched to emergency mode.nBut luckily Carlqvist was very helpful and fixed the problem in no time. Therefore we were able to continue our trip and arrived safely at home.nThanks again for the great service.

Very bad experience. Specifically if you are non Swedish. They hide the term and conditions. If you cancel the booking they will charge 5k SEK. If you want to cancel the booking they will not answer your calls, they will not respond your emails. They will pretend like they never receive your emails. At the time of booking they said if you will cancel the booking you just inform us and it will be free of cost cancellation. But when i wanted to cancel the booking they never responded my phone calls and emails. They lied to me that they did not received my emails. They just sent the invoice of 5k sek.nI will not recommend.
