I have had excellent customer service from cavalet suitcasesnI lost a wheel when returning from my last trip the metal pin was still there so I contacted them in the hope of getting a wheel. They replied quickly and are now sending me a replacementnMany thanks much appreciatednYour case is fabulous so hopefully I can use on many more trips
Very strong and high quality bags. I had a duffel bag that lasted me over 7 years.
Fantastic service. Needed to change the wheels on my suitcase. Called and got a quick response from a man who referred me to another service. Sent an email with some pictures of the mount and wheels and now less than a week later they have sent the wheels. Wonderful!
Very poor quality and slow customer service.nGot new wheels for my bag as all the wheels broke after 2 trips. Put the new ones on and when I got to the center after pulling the bag a short distance, 3 out of 4 were broken again. Now I'm waiting for a response from customer service who doesn't seem to be in a hurry to respond. The next bag will be of a different brand!
