Always nice to meet the staff at Önne&Trä! Everyone is talented, so don't hesitate to contact them if you need help.nIt is a construction goods store that is top notch and therefore we highly recommend!

When purchasing, the staff were helpful and skilled. Very helpful. When returning damaged pieces I was expected to go through over 1500 brick pieces on site to return, apparently it must not take several days but must be done immediately. A bit illogical about how it should be done right away? Unfortunately, that way they get worse grades.

Good people on the farm, unfortunately less good in there when it comes to complaints.nPuts all the responsibility on their suppliers and thinks it is reasonable that you as a customer have to wait 6 weeks to get information, then another 4-6 weeks to get it fixed.
