Coop JärntorgetnSaw this supermarket and decided to check it out. It’s not very big and has limited choices, but enough to cover basic daily needs.
Stopped here a couple times while visiting Stockholm to buy food and snacks. Definitely a little cramped but that's expected in the middle of the tourist area. Prices were a little higher than normal but that's expected in such a convenient location. Very close to Gamla Stan as well as the ferries.
Not really a supermarket. I suppose you would equate it to a Tesco express or Sainsbury local.nnThe staff were disinterested and waiting for home time. My wife tried you ask one of them a question about the coffee pods by the tills, which he answered, whilst simultaneously repeating the total bill to me... I found it a bit strange, if we'd bought the coffee pods then the current total would have been irrelevant, surely?
We went there to buy some food, beers and two toothbrushes we incidentally both forgot ours. Really good nachos and cookies
I stumbled upon this little supermarket on the southern side of Gamla Stan, and it was a great find. Despite its small size, it’s well stocked with all the essentials, and I was pleasantly surprised by the reasonable prices, especially in such a central location. The best part, though, was the staff. Super friendly and always happy to help!
