Lidl Supermarket in Hammarby has - besides a good selection of cold cuts with always a very good price / quality relation - surprised us with an excellent service of the team and the manager of the market during our 8 days visit to Stockholm. The highlight was when we noticed that when arrived at our Airbnb apartment we found only 1 x toothbrush in our Lidl bag though we had bought 2 x following the receipt. We went back and the manager didn't hesitate a minute to let us choose another brush for compensation. Really thank you

Overall a normal Lidl but one thing that repeatedly happens are not the Lidl quality I am used to.nThe bottle return machine was blocked / broken or full sign in front of it and bottles could not be returned. The staff only points to the coop on the other side of the street to return them and do not accept them as a return. I would expect that when bottles with deposit are sold there they should have a process for me to return them - even if the machine is not working.nMultiple times I was told to come back the next day out of bags, machine broken, just to find the machine still disabled.nnIf those things would happen occasionally that would be ok, but it feels like it happens very often, hence the two stars.
