My experience with Holmsunds Däck Janne AB in Holmsund was unfortunately a total disappointment. Despite an agreement on a comprehensive wheel alignment, it turned out that important adjustments were not only not made, but also incorrect interventions required correction at another workshop. That, in addition, without prior warning, an extra 1000 SEK is charged in addition to the original price of 1300 SEK for the service, without it being performed correctly, is completely unacceptable.nnThe inadequate service is reflected not only in the performance of the car but also in the failure to provide a refund as promised by the business. Despite repeated attempts to obtain a correct refund, communication has been inadequate, with no replies to emails. Promises of improvement and refunds have proven to be empty words.nnCharging for services that do not live up to the agreement and also charging extra without warning is unacceptable and violates the Consumer Act. I hope that my feedback contributes to improving their service and that other customers do not have to go through the same disappointing experience.
Passerade Holmsund och behövde nya sommardäck i en lite ovanlig dimension. De fixade på dagen och gav mig en uppsättning oanvända som legat på hyllan några år men till ett bra pris. Jag kunde åka vidare utan problem. Trevliga och hjälpsamma.
