I can summarize my encounter with this repair shop as the worst I've ever experienced. They are not customer oriented, unfriendly, the cost of repair was not the same as the cost agreed upon, blame and charge is placed on the customer. In other words, keep away if you want to avoid headachesnIt is clear that you have a faulty and conventional booking system, and instead of pointing the fingers at your customers you should consider looking into your own procedures and think about how to mitigate the risk of losing customers and increasing booking efficiency and success rate. Also, improve your internal procedures rather than blaming and fining your customers. you own a business at the end of the day that thrives on good customer relations. Anyways, I am not going to spend my Friday evening time providing a business management lesson I will have to send you a faktura with my hourly rate then but this one is on the house. Regarding the front brakes, you stated in your invoice a price only then to realize later that you had made a mistake that you had stated the wrong price on your invoice. you claimed that you had called me to confirm, but I never received any call from you. Eventually, you put your customer in a corner when coming to the payment part.nBottom line, consider looking into improving your procedures and then I may consider recommending your business to other potential customers. Today's visit was due to a small problem on my private car. Got an appointment within 1.5 hours the same day.nAlways nice, knowledgeable service and no sales pitch. Extra plus on the edge when in the spring of 2025 they did their very best to help me, when a Toyota Hilux, donated to Ukraine, needed a new propeller shaft.nBlågulaBilen finally found a used part, after much trial and error and Euromaster Katrineholm Djulö tires installed it, all within a month and at a favorable price. There is no larger selection of used Toyota parts in circulation. The car is currently at the front fighting the Russians.nThank you.

We arrived 5 minutes before they were supposed to close with a little bit of a problem. They chose to work overtime to help us and we are more than satisfied! What a great service!
