Very bad customer service. Was in contact with them first that I got a bad bump that I didn't think would start growing. Sent a picture, but they don't want to send me a new one, but I was very convinced that this would work, if it didn't, I would get in touch. Which it didn't so contacted me again and wrote that I wanted a new tube sent to me and that I was not interested in a refund. Got a reply from them that they would fix it. But a few days later I see that they have at least made a refund, which I specifically did not ask them not to do and no new lump has arrived.
