The quality of the mat is very good, it is heavy enough for laying still without being too heavy and thick.nIt fits perfectly.

Ordered and paid for home delivery. From the shipping company I was told that I had to choose between 3 weekdays between 08-11. Then I'm at work. As I live in LGH, the package is placed outside the gate according to instructions from them. I had to choose the second option: pick up in a nearby town directly from the delivery company which is open until 5pm!, this despite the fact that that company has a delivery point in my small town. Completely impossible for me to collect outside working hours. A friend had to be picked up by city bus whose stop is a good distance from the freight company. They texted that it was good that I picked it up as soon as possible - otherwise I would have to pay some kind of fee because my package was lying there and taking up space. Unbelievably bad.

Although the communication was very good from customer service - first that the carpet I ordered was not available mistake from the company and then that it was 1 month late, I would perhaps not choose to order from there again primarily. The service made up for it, but as a customer you still want your goods according to what is written on the delivery time when you place the order.

Great, ordered a carpet, there wasn't enough left, quick feedback from them so we took another pattern, fast delivery and we got a quality carpet, recommend Nylander's carpets.
