Degauss Labs was established in 2009. The company evolved from the idea of creating a clean designed headphones for two-way communication devices. Over the years we have developed the headphones meeting the request of a clear sound, discreet, yet personal design in variety of combinationas suitable to most smartphones on the market. Today we have one of the most comprehensive earphone-for-smartphone product lines in the world, and supply headphones for every need. Jag skulle inte köpa dem igen. Original The headphones I received had a damaged battery. The battery lifetime was only 1 - 2 hours. I contacted the customer support and sent them back, However, they refused to cover the shipping costs. In my opinion it is their duty to send me a working device on their costs. I contacted the customer support again and asked for a refund of my shipping costs, but they denied my request. Now I am waiting for more than 4 weeks for a response from them. Regarding the headphones: Sound is okay, but sometimes I have troubles connecting them to my smartphone. Also, they are very loud to your surroundings. You can't sit in the library and listen to music because you will disturb your neighbours. I also missed a feature to clip together the headphones when you’re not using them. I wouldn't buy them again.
