I visited Elgiganten Uppsala during the Black Friday sale and was quite impressed with their selection and comparatively good prices for Sweden. The store is well-organized, and the staff was helpful in answering my questions. While their prices are reasonable, especially for Swedish standards, I feel there’s still room for improvement compared to similar stores in other countries or regions. Offering slightly lower prices or better deals would make the shopping experience even more appealing. Overall, it's a good place to shop for electronics and appliances, but there’s potential to enhance their competitiveness further.
Went to finalyze an ordering of new TV.. There were more than 50 TV, but one sales assistant. Had to spent more than 30 minutes and came back without talking to any sales assistant since I was running out of time. Be prepared for waste some time if you are planning to buy something.
