I really like this branch, unfortunately it's far from my house. I had to collect a product that wasn't available in the other branches close to me but still it was a pleasant experience. Helpful staff and the store was very organised and laid out nicely
Power took over from MediaMarkt. Since then it's gone down hill. All the products that they sell. You can buy at other stores, anywhere. So it is down to the company and each store to look after their customers if they don't want them to buy products from other companies and stay in business.nnIn October 2023 the store in Uppsala opens. I buy an iPad and printer with my card. I took them home. Later I receive an invoice to pay for the items that I ALREADY PAID for. I contacted Power. They didn't care. They then sent a collection serivce after the money. I sent them the receipts of the items and screen shots of the money being taken from my account.nnAgain. Power customer service didn't care. The collection service were very good. But Power were NOT replying back to them. Power kept sending me emails instead of contacting the collection service. I told them to contact the collection service has they are waiting to hear from them! Then Power sent me another email and THREATENED me with inkasso if I did not pay!nnI sent all these emails to the collection service. They also could not believe what Power were doing or saying! Not only did I pay for these items in the shop in October. I sent them the receipts. And what is crazy, is that these digital receipts are on Powers own website under my membership. So they should be able to see them. But again. The manager at the Uppsala store did not care!nnThis went on for almost 3 months! In the end the collection service fixed everything.nBut ZERO apology from the Uppsala manager or Power customer service. Now I shop at other companies and ONLY shop there if I have to.
