IT was w nice experiece at First, cuatomer Service super, friendly and with knowledge. But then WE came to the Register and wanted to pay, really unfriendly man you couldnt understand HIM in english or swedish, chewing chewing gum with mouth wide Open. WE can only buy a product If He can make a Profil of us. WE Had ro leave. Thank god Power IS next to them.nWorst Shopping experiece i Made !!!

Everything in these stores feel like a living room I can't afford to live in. Prices are almost never competitively priced in my experience. It's not that cosy of a store either. It's pretty cramped and the items on display at the top shelf often don't match what's in the boxes underneath. They've splashed out on a new game corner. It's well placed and easy to get to in a lagre shopping complex.

I have already purchased a Dyson vacuum cleaner from you and I liked the service. Therefore, today I made order No. 41803 from you too and paid for it via the web page. When I came to pick up an order today, and gave my phone, where the employee found the order number in my SMS, then he asked me to provide my ID. I'm from Ukraine and I don't have a Swedish ID. Therefore, at first I offered to show my electronic ID, to which I received the answer that this ID was not suitable. He asked for a driver's license. I provided it. To which I received an answer that I could only pick up the goods via Swedish ID. My question is, how can it be that for the police this driver license is enough to drive a car, but for an Elgiganten employee this is not enough??? At the same time, this was enough first time for receiving goods using this driver’s license! This smells of at least discrimination, at most racism. When I asked to see the manager, he said that he was the manager and his name was Michael Johansen. Perhaps he does not have enough competencies, or perhaps he simply does not like Ukrainians, in any case, it seems to me that such employees are killing your business. I immediately canceled the order and will not buy anything else from Elgiganten. Thus, all your efforts to attract and retain customers have been thrown into the trash. I hope you explain to your employee what customer focus is. It would be nice to get feedback from you. With best regards.

Extremely slow service. Only one person covering laptops/computers. Took a number they use that for their que system and several people in front of us has given up. We have been waiting for at least 20 minutes so far and no end in sight. This is ridiculous.nnAlso the place is poorly ventilated so if you care at all that there's still a pandemic going on be aware and make sure to wear a respirator.
