Power has recently acquired Mediamarkt. I was a regular customer at Mediamarkt and all my electronics are pretty much bought there. After the acquisition power has denied honouring many of the warranty requests and life-time free requests for some of the equipments. The staff is saying they are not finding it profitable to continue the support Mediamarkt gave...this is really not a good sales gesture. Mediamarkt promised a full support on service on lot of electronics and Power should honour this - they cannot change the business model after acquisition. This is too faulty systems, i am a very unhappy customer at power.

Good place to buy electronic equipment for household ,they also have computers games and during sales you get good offers and also have special discount for members.would recommend if you looking to buy phones ,games and other household equipment.

The staff is usually quite nice and helpful.

Variety of electronic products are there but need to improve their customer service.
