I recently visited this Elgiganten shop in Bromma, and I was impressed by the wide range of products they offer. From smartphones and laptops to drones and TVs, they seem to have everything you need. The prices are competitive, which is great, but what really stood out was the helpful staff. They were knowledgeable about the products and assisted me in finding what I was looking for.nThe prices might not be the absolute lowest, they're definitely on par with other shops in the market. I wish they had a few more promotions or discounts going on.
Went for click and collect. Very good description of where to go and it took a few seconds to get my product. Very good service.
Refuse to follow reklamationsrätt. I purchased a pair of defective bluetooth headphones on sale. When I tried to exchange for the same product or cash back I was informed I would have to pay more since the headphones are no longer on sale and that I could only have store credit not cash back. I've visited the store many times since the inauguration. Early years, staff had a certain 'new store behavior' that was quite off-putting. Years have passed and they've become professional, not in all areas, but overall it's more mature and customer oriented.
