Youssef was great at welcoming me in the shop and helped me with all details I needed. Unfortunately I wasn't able to take the product I wanted home because I could only order it online, but Youssef made my trip to the shop all worth it. Sometimes all we need is someone to listen and helps us feel better as customers even if we don't get our product.

I bought a few Toblerone chocolate boxes yesterday but immediately realized that I don’t want all of them. Today I went to this store to return them but they didn’t accept. It was just one day and the packagings were completely intact. The salesman was nice but his boss didn’t allow him with the unreasonable reason of they cannot accept returns for FRESH products!! Are big Toblerone chocolate boxes categorized as Fresh products?!!
