Good location with excellent service. We sat by a big table in the bar the whole evening, playing board games and ate dinner from the restaurant. You don't need to sit in the restaurant area to order the restaurant foodnnThe breakfast have plenty of options, both regarding food and different seating arrangements.nnThe SPA is also recommended while staying at the hotel.nnIf I should complain about something it's that the tv in our room was not angled towards the bed and couldn't be adjusted. You also can't walk between the garage and hotel under roof despite it being attached to the hotell, a little odd solution.
A good location out of the main city centre but only a short boat trip away. Views of the water are great. Building is stunning inside and out. Rooms are on the smaller side, we had a ‘superior double’ but for a city break you aren’t exactly spending much time in the room so it’s definitely fit for purpose. Bathroom nice and clean with everything you could need. Good shower pressure, temperature and detachable shower head from bracket.nBreakfast is superb - the options are endless and it all tastes and looks good. Staff are always topping up and cleaning away your plates.nService desk and bar staff were lovely with every request.nA solid hotel, I would stay again.
Loved our two-night stay. Room was spacious Superior Double Room and quiet, we felt like we were the only ones in the hotel while in our room. Breakfast was really good with a lot of variety! Unique location on the water with a quick and fun connection to the city center via ferry. Would return!
I stayed here from June 4–6 and had an absolutely amazing experience. I had just completed a whirlwind trip through Europe—flying into Paris, then spending two days in Amsterdam, two days in Stockholm, and finishing with two days in Nice and Monaco—so by the time I arrived, I was definitely ready for some rest and relaxation.nnFrom the moment I arrived, I was greeted by an outstanding front desk team. They were able to accommodate a room change that better matched the photos and room selection I had originally booked online, which I greatly appreciated.nnEvery single person I encountered during my stay was exceptional. From the front desk staff and housekeeping team to the restaurant and spa staff, everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. It’s rare to find a property where every interaction leaves such a positive impression.nnAfter my hectic travel schedule, the spa was exactly what I needed. It was an incredible experience and provided the perfect opportunity to relax and recharge.nnI will definitely be returning to Stockholm in the future, and when I do, I won't consider staying anywhere else. This property exceeded every expectation. If I could give it 10 stars, I would!
Friends and I stayed there in late June / early July. A great experience, friendly and capable staff who all quietly went about their business with calm efficiency and consideration for our enjoyment. Very impressive. We loved the port side location and enjoyed getting the ferries to the sights and attractions of Stockholm. A top five city destination worldwide for me. Thank you for a brilliant experience.
